Papa.

Every bottle we make is a love letter to the man who raised me.

Frank Minutella

The story behind every pour.

Every bottle of Frankie's Five O'Clock Pour carries a story that began long before the label was ever made — a story about love, family, and slowing down for what really matters.

My Papa, Frank Minutella, loved to say, "It's five o'clock somewhere." But toward the end of his life, when he grew sick, five o'clock started coming a little earlier — first at two in the afternoon, then sometimes even at nine in the morning.

No matter the hour, I'd pour him a glass of his favorite wine, and we'd sit together — talking, laughing, and remembering the life he built. Those quiet moments became our ritual. They taught me that time doesn't measure love, connection does.

After he passed, I wanted to find a way to keep that feeling alive — to bottle up the memory of those afternoons when it was always the right time to slow down, pour a glass, and share a story.

That's how Frankie's Five O'Clock Pour was born — a family-owned wine brand created to honor my Papa's spirit and remind others that life's best moments don't follow a clock.

Each bottle is crafted with heart, connection, and legacy — a tribute to the man who inspired it all.

A portion of proceeds supports the Frank Minutella Legacy Foundation, a private family foundation dedicated to connecting children and schools with museums and history programs — keeping the past alive for generations to come.

Here's to love, to memory, and to finding five o'clock — whenever your heart needs it most.

Always the celebration

The man who taught us to pour.

From birthday hats to Sunday dinners, Papa never needed an excuse to gather us at the table. He taught us the good stuff — the wine, the laughter, the stories — was always meant to be shared.

"It's five o'clock somewhere."

We left a seat open for you — won't you join us?

Whether it's five o'clock, two in the afternoon, or nine in the morning, the hour doesn't matter. What matters is the moment — the laughter, the love, the stories shared over a glass.

So wherever you are, and whatever the hour… make it Frankie's.
