At Frankie’s Five O’Clock Pour, every bottle we ship carries our family name, legacy, and care. We want you to love every pour you share, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Because we sell wine and other alcoholic beverages, state laws limit returns once an order has been fulfilled. However, we’re committed to making things right whenever possible.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Your order number
A photo of the damaged or incorrect product
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund for the affected bottle(s).
No Cancellations or Address Changes
All orders are considered final once placed.
We do not allow cancellations, modifications, or address changes after an order has been submitted.
Please carefully review your order and shipping details before completing checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to federal and state alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of wine unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
We do not issue refunds for wine that is opened or consumed.
If you believe your wine is flawed or corked, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll evaluate the issue individually to ensure you’re satisfied.
Refunds, when approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Delays & Weather Conditions
Wine is sensitive to temperature. During extreme weather, shipments may be held to ensure product quality.
We appreciate your patience — our goal is to deliver your wine in perfect condition.
